TECHNICAL LEGISLATION & FOOD SAFETY

is the professional organisation whose aim is to represent the interest of the European Meat Processing Industry which was established in 1958.

Clitravi’s main object is to protect and adance the legitimate interest of the European Meat Processing Industry. It is engaged in a constant dialogue with the European Commission, European Parliament, the Council of the European Union, the European Economic and Social Committee, the EFSA and other international organisations.
